A coordinated Bauder roofing package was installed at Southfields Road, combining a robust warm roof with an extensive green roof and integrated PV system to deliver durable waterproofing, added biodiversity, and renewable energy.

Montgomerie Park Primary School represents a landmark development for North Ayrshire Council, commissioned as part of the authority’s Community Wealth Building agenda. As the region’s first Passivhaus primary school, the project includes both a primary learning facility and an early learning facility, designed to provide low energy and future proof educational spaces for the local community.
