Single Ply roofing systems
Single ply membranes are ideal for lightweight, fast track and cost-effective roofing construction projects, and are able to support extensive green roofs and solar PV.
Specifying a single ply membrane system
Strong and flexible single ply membranes composed predominantly of synthetic polymer involving polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and flexible polyolefin (FPO). Suitable for new build and refurbishment projects. Single ply roofing systems are advantageous if the project has load-bearing considerations. The membranes are durable and resistant to European climate considerations, yet incredibly lightweight, typically 2-3kg/m2.

CCPI assessed product information
We have adopted the Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI) across our single ply roofing portfolio to have information assessed for accuracy and clarity to ensure specifiers can rely on the information when selecting a Bauder roofing solution.
Our Bauder Thermofol Systems and Bauder Thermoplan Systems have both achieved the CCPI assessment mark.

Select a single ply roof system
There are two types of single ply membranes for flat roof systems within our portfolio, either PVC or FPO polymer plastics, all with adhered, mechanically fastened, or loose laid installation options.
Our Profiled PIR Infill Overlay System uses either of the membrane types as the waterproofing atop the insulation boards.
