Bauder LiquiTEC Balcony and Walkway, LiquiBALKON System

The works involved fully stripping and rebuilding the deteriorated barrel‑vaulted and flat roof areas, replacing saturated insulation, renewing failing decking, and delivering a complete thermal and waterproofing upgrade. A solar PV system was added along the barrel vaults, providing on‑site electricity generation as part of the overall roofing system improvement.

M&G Building is part of the development of Kildean Business Park in Stirling, aspiring to work towards delivering a greener future, incorporating sustainability and environmentally focused design features.

The First Light Pavilion is a world-leading space observatory, that forms part of Jodrell Bank Centre for Astrophysics at the University of Manchester. This project won the Green Roofing award at the NFRC UK Roofing Awards 2023.
