Social Impact
It's not just about what you say, it's also what you do that makes a difference
At Bauder, supporting charities gives us the opportunity to contribute positively to communities where we operate. Whether through financial donations, volunteering time and skills, or advocating for causes, as a company and individuals, we recognise how we can help play a pivotal role in sustaining the invaluable work of charities.
Furthermore, we appreciate that supporting charities yields personal benefits beyond the satisfaction of making a positive impact. It fosters a sense of belonging and purpose, connecting individuals with like-minded peers and communities united by shared values. Engaging with charities also provides opportunities for personal growth, fostering empathy, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of societal issues.

St Elizabeth Hospice, Suffolk
Bauder is a corporate patron of the hospice which cares and supports people living with progressive and life-limiting illnesses to maximise the potential from the time they have left. We are also sponsoring a hare sculpture for the hospice's 'Hop to It!' art trail 2025.

Staff fundraising activities
Our staff often take on personal challenges to raise money for charity and we support them through donating to their fundraising programme via our Charity, Social and Wellbeing (CSW) team.
Here are some of the projects we've supported charities with specialist knowledge and flat roof materials

Supporting CRASH at Christmas
As in previous years, for Christmas, Bauder will be supporting its primary charity, CRASH, and its No Christmas Card Appeal. Therefore, we are choosing to not send Christmas cards, and we are donating the money saved on buying printed cards and stamps to CRASH.
