Bauder’s CPD session strengthens Morgan Sindall’s Flat Roofing Knowledge

Morgan Sindall’s operations director Neil Lock said: “The CPD presentation helped enhance the team’s technical understanding and reinforced the importance of achieving consistently high standards in roofing execution.

In addition to the classroom-style learning, attendees benefitted from a practical, hands-on demonstration conducted onsite. This interactive element brought the learning to life, giving staff the opportunity to see Bauder’s systems in action and explore real-world applications in the context of a live project. The demonstration helped to bridge the gap between theory and practice and supported the development of both technical knowledge and site-based skills.
