Bauderflex is suited to new build and refurbishment applications, and is robust enough to withstand foot traffic and most permanently sited plant. It can be used in warm and cold roof designs and also to overlay existing roofing materials.  Our Bauderflex Roof System features torch-free and safe to torch installation on combustible details.

1 Bauder K4E cap sheet or AP2 for green roofs Our Bauder K4E is a torch applied elastomeric bitumen cap sheet.
BauderTEC SPRINT DUO Self-adhesive elastomeric bitumen underlayer.
PIR FA-TE insulation or PIR tapered (laid to falls) Bauder PIR FA-TE insulation is a rigid urethane foam insulation faced on both sides with aluminium foil. 

Bauder PIR tapered insulation provides falls to a roof instead of incorporating into structure.
