We are honoured to have achieved ‘We invest in people’ (WIIP) Platinum in 2024, our third consecutive award following on from 2018 and 2021. We also achieved the ‘We invest in Wellbeing’ Gold award this year, on our first attempt.
Bauder employs more than 250 people in the UK and Ireland, and in 2018 we became the first in the construction of buildings category to achieve the WIIP platinum award.
