Jess Duron, Design Technician Supervisor

As the UK’s leading flat roofing manufacturer, technical quality and precision is at the heart of everything we do—and our Design Technician team plays a key role in supporting that. We’re part of the wider Technical department, where accuracy,    consistency, and a problem-solving mindset are essential to how we work.

The environment here is fast paced, focused, positive and supportive. We have a strong team culture built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a shared      commitment to doing things well. Everyone brings different strengths, and I really value that—we learn from each other, support each other, and take pride in the quality of what we deliver. It’s a place where you’re trusted to get on with your work, but where there’s always someone around to help if you need it.

If you’re someone who has an architectural, construction or flat roof background, enjoys working through technical challenges, cares about getting the detail right, and values   being part of a supportive team, I think you’ll fit in well here.

If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, I would love to hear from you!
