The data centre for hosting of our website is located within the EEA.
The hosting provider also has sites that are situated in the United States. The European Commission has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws of each of these countries. Currently transfers to the US will be protected by appropriate safeguards, namely Privacy Shield agreement. We may transfer your data to other data processors located either inside or outside the EEA.
In the event you submit personal data for publication through our website, we cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.

We will send you relevant updates and news about our products and services in a number of ways including by email, but only if you have previously consented to receive these marketing communications. We always retain appropriate and sufficient information in order to honour contractual requirements and to meet the criteria of our project guarantees.
