BauderPIR Flatboard Insulation

BauderPIR Flatboard Insulation contains rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) with a mineralised glass fibre facing on both sides. This product is lightweight, has zero ozone depletion potential and incorporates rebated edges to allow the board to interlock and prevent cold bridging.

The intended use of this product is within a Bauder warm roof system to provide an efficient thermal insulation layer for flat roofs. It has good compressive strength, making it suitable for all kinds of load bearing decks in warm roof construction.

BauderPIR Insulation underwent robust test and assessment schemes by external body British Board of Agrément (BBA). The key components examined include Thermal performance, Condensation risk, Strength and stability, Behaviour in relation to fire and Durability.
