Installation guidance

Installation is to be carried out by Bauder Approved Contractors in accordance with the specification and guidelines. LiquiTOP Glass Fibre Mat can be cut to size using scissors or a sharp knife. Small pieces for details can be torn if required. Apply by roller to the main area substrate. Rollers or brushes may be used for small detail areas. For full details refer to the Bauder project specification. Apply the first/embedment coat to the prepared substrate surface at a minimum rate of 1 litre/m². Whilst wet, insert the Bauder LiquiTOP Glass Fibre Mat by roller to fully reinforce the system. Roller the surface until the mat is completely embedded, ensuring that all overlaps in the mat are a minimum of 50mm. The mat must be completely saturated with no pinholes or tented mat. Flatten any "wicks" or protruding fibres by rollering back into place with a loaded roller.

The product should be stored unopened in a dry condition at a temperature of 5-35°C. The packaging is not waterproof. Ensure that the product is protected from the weather and other sources of water. When stored correctly as detailed above, the shelf life is a minimum 12 months.
