Implementing ISO 14001 and achieving certification has allowed Bauder to:

First published as a standard in 1996, ISO (International Standards Organisation) 14001 is an international standard which recognises the actions of responsible businesses in managing and controlling their environment. ISO 14001 Certification provides evidence that an Environmental Management System (EMS) is in place.

The standard ensures that all subjects regarding environmental management are addressed, including the following:

•  Environmental performance evaluation
• Legal Requirements
• Waste Management
• Pollution Control
• Environmental auditing.
