Bauder works closely with a number of fully trained specialist waterproofing contractors who are willing to take on the entire package from the structural deck through to hard landscaping and vegetation, which can be very beneficial in avoiding split liabilities on fast-track sites. In addition, we have equally well established relationships with landscape contractors, who are used to working in all aspects of the industry, including intensive podium applications with large areas of hard landscaping, including street furniture playground surfaces and equipment and MOT standard roadway applications. It is essential that green roofs are watered during the first month after installation. To enable this task to be carried out properly, it is necessary for the installing contractor (or main contractor) to supply temporary irrigation equipment on site.
