Bauder is introducing the first environmentally friendly hot melt rubberised bitumen system to the market – Bakor 790-11EV monolithic membrane.

Bakor is one of the world’s market leaders in the manufacture and installation of hot melt monolithic membrane systems, with a track record of research, development and successfully completed projects, dating back nearly 40 years.
Bakor 790-11EV is manufactured from a unique blend of selected bitumens, synthetic rubber and mineral stabilisers and contains at least 25% post-consumer recycled content. It is modified to promote adhesion and improve low temperature flexibility. |
Installed in two 3mm layers sandwiching a reinforcing layer, Bakor 790-11EV forms a robust, very flexible monolithic waterproofing layer so that the membrane remains “live” so minor penetrations and cuts will self heal.
The Bakor 790-11EV system is ideally suited as the waterproofing beneath:
• Paved or ballasted surfacing – roofs, terraces etc
• Car parks
• Podiums and plazas
• Green roofs
• Substructures.
The Bakor 790-11EV system, when fully protected and subjected to normal service conditions, will remain waterproof to water and water vapour for the design life of the structure, and is backed by our 20 year guarantee.
